CDT and HeatTransfer Test System for Power/Garden Tools

 


System is used for power/garden tools' destructive durability test..

Features:
1. System is used for CDT test, stops untile finishing the total cycles or tools breakdown.
2. System is used for step by step increasing load test, stops untile finishing the total cycles or tools breakdown.
3. By digital PID adjustment, system can run constant load(torque, current or powerin), and once the load be set, it will be automatically stable in 2~3seconds without any outside adjusting by hand.
4. Real-time show the curve during the test, user can easily see the process of loading(current, voltage, torque via time)
5. Automatically save record during test, saving interval can be set freely.
6. Automatically test without any person to supervise, system can automatically stop and alarm by setting alarm value for current, speed or torque.
7. System can test most Power tools and Garden tools such as Hand planer, Tile cutter, Angle Grinder, Table drill, Impact drill, hand circular saw, Rechargeable drill and so on..
